Trade marks

The Custavaris™ name and the Custavaris logo are trade marks of CUSTAVARIS - F.Z.E, as are the names and marks of the software products the company supplies. The company owns these marks and the software they identify, and it licenses both to clients under written agreements.

A licence from Custavaris sets out what a client may do with the software and with the marks: typically, to use the software for its own business and to display the product name and logo within it and in its own communications about it. Nothing on this website grants a licence. The marks may not be used, copied or altered without our written permission.
